DJOKOVIC CLAIMS WIMBLEDON TITLE IN EPIC 5-SET FINAL WITH FEDERER

On Sunday night, Novak Djokovic overcame two match points to claim his fifth Wimbledon singles crown with an epic, nerve-shredding five-set victory over eight-time champion Roger Federer.

In a thrilling, history-defining final matched that lasted four-hours and 57-minutes, Djokovic didn't allow Federer 7-6 (7-5) 1-6 7-6 (7-4) 4-6 13-12 (7-3) to hang on to the title he won last year. Novak added to the trophies he also landed at the All England Club in 2011, 2014 and 2015.

The legendary encounter was the longest title decider in the championships' history, surpassing Rafael Nadal's exciting four-hour, 46-minute win over Federer over a decade ago.
